More Coffee
My brother’s girlfriend was in NZ for Camp a Low Hum (festival music thing) and came to hang out/stay here for her last night in the country. My conclusion was that she is nice. I think I might have talked more yesterday than I have in the past 3 months put together (I guess that’s not too hard to do, but anyway, talking to people is nice to do).
Being vegan is going well. I didn’t really have that many cheese or egg products (or other various animal things) anyway, and it seems easy enough to ask about food at cafés. Another excuse to get to talk to people a little more than the usual pointing to a thing on a menu.
Fixing up my portfolio website, finally changed my URL over to the new site, here. Sometimes it goes to the old site still for some reason that I’m not sure of, and I haven’t quite sorted out all the projects and images and every yet, but anyway, it feels like I’m doing something now that I’m sorting out these things.
Other things…
- Knitting some more mittens for my shop. I might do some custom ones as well, if you want some made especially for you (in your choice of size/colour then message me about it).
- Made the best bean dip ever.
- Trying to get all my work done before I go to Tasmania (8 days now!), but there is so so much to do so I don’t know if I’ll be able to quite finish everything.
